Presided by Msgr. Hernando "Ding" Coronel, Rector of the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene (also known as Quiapo Church) in Quiapo, Manila. The Homily was delivered by Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle, Archbishop of Manila and recently appointed Prefect of the Congregation for the evangelization of the Peoples in the Vatican.
